Delivery Timeline
Most orders are sent out the same day if ordered by 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 11:00 AM ship the next business day.
Blomera Wellness delivers using reliable courier partners in Nigeria, which generally arrive within 1-2 business days for Lagos orders and 2-4 business days for orders outside Lagos.
We deliver to every state in Nigeria. We also offer a payment on delivery option for customers with 3 or more previous orders (only for deliveries to Lagos) – you will need to select this option at checkout.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy
Returning Your Order
You can return items upon delivery if you have chosen a pay-on-delivery option. Only applicable for orders to Lagos. Please note that you will be liable for paying the return delivery cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, opened, unsealed, or partially used essential oils and carrier oils cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless proven that the wrong item was delivered.
Return Shipping & Cost
Customers bear the cost of local courier returns across Nigeria. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to your bank account within 7 business days.
